QUEEN RELOADING BUMP COMPARATOR INSERT

These headspace measurement inserts are designed to provide fast, accurate measurements of case headspace. They measure the case shoulder when setting up Full Length dies. We generally recommend a shoulder setback of between .001” and .002” between fired and resized cases for bolt-action rifles, and between .003” and .005” for semi-automatic firearms. Correctly resizing the shoulder is essential for ammunition accuracy, as each round will chamber with the same pressure and without causing inconsistencies. These inserts require the dedicated Body for use (sold separately). Made of steel to prevent wear and resist acids.
