• The new Premium flash hole tools have a carbide cutting head that allows the brass chip to clear the flow from the cutter, which affects both the hole diameter and the chamfers of the hole.

• The tool tip has a gentle taper to allow entry into the flash hole, so the hole diameter after finishing will be exactly as desired.

• Just like the "Professional" flash hole tool, the cutting depth of the chamfer on the "Premium" tool is controlled by the base of the cartridge case. So, once the tool seats on the base, the cutting action is performed regardless of overall cartridge case length variation.
