The A1 carry handle includes A1 adjustable rear sight, and perfect for building a retro M16A1E1, XM16E1, Carbine Model 723, or a Model 733 Commando. The upper has a shell deflector and tear drop forward assist and dust cover. The C7 style carry handle allows mounting a scope from the era for a retro look. This upper does have M4 feed ramps. Use with any Mil-Spec lower receiver.
