Meindl is one of the few manufacturers of shoes that produce in Germany. In the family-run Meindl factory in Kirchanschöring, Bavaria, over 200 employees are engaged in producing perhaps the best shoes in the hunting and outdoor sector. Meindl is a traditional craftsmanship company: for over 300 years, Meindl has been a shoemaker in Kirchanschöring. Although most steps are carried out by machines today, there is a shoemaker behind every shoe at Meindl.
The range of Meindl includes high-quality outdoor, hunting, hiking, and trekking boots and shoes. The main material is leather.
Meindl produces over a million pairs of extremely high-quality shoes annually and exports to all outdoor markets worldwide.
