Deze schoen is even comfortabel bij activiteiten met weinig zichtbaarheid als bij activiteiten op hoog tempo. Hij combineert de wendbaarheid van een trailrunningschoen met de stabiliteit van een lichte wandelschoen.
De schoen is uitgerust met een geavanceerd chassis dat laterale ondersteuning en bescherming tegen perforatie onder de voet biedt. Hij beschermt goed zonder de bewegingsvrijheid te beperken. Het bovenmateriaal is stevig en zeer flexibel. Om aan deze eisen te voldoen, is gekozen voor een niet-reflecterende materiaalcombinatie van vuilafstotend mesh, met PU gecoat leer en enkellaags mesh.
Het GORE-TEX®-membraan maakt deze schoen tot een ideale metgezel bij alle weersomstandigheden. Het SensiFitTM-systeem ondersteunt de voet vanaf de tussenzool tot aan het vetersysteem voor een stevige, nauwkeurige en vrijwel gepersonaliseerde pasvorm. De binnenkant van de schoen is verstevigd met extra materiaal om klimmen en snel abseilen makkelijker te maken.

The Salomon X-Ultra Forces MID GTX is a very lightweight shoe that is suitable for work, activities and everyday conditions. The shoe is equipped with Salomon XA Pro 3D technology and is extremely durable thanks to the materials used.
Equally comfortable for low-visibility and high-pace activities, this shoe combines the agility of a trail running shoe with the stability of a lightweight hiking shoe.
Equipped with an advanced chassis that provides lateral support and puncture protection underfoot, the boot is protective but does not compromise freedom of movement. The upper material is robust and very flexible. To meet these requirements, a non-reflective material mix of dirt-repellent mesh, PU-coated leather and single-layer mesh was chosen.
The underlying GORE-TEX® membrane makes this shoe an ideal companion in all weather conditions. The SensiFitTM system supports the foot from the midsole to the lacing system for a secure, precise and almost personalized fit. The inside of the shoe is reinforced with extra material to facilitate climbing and fast rappelling.
